Something I have been working on in my free time. Solid Beech with an Oak inlay. Constructed in a series of stages and made from a combination of Oak and Beech strips cut and arranged to form an ‘engrain up’ board with intricate patterning. The board has been oiled with food safe Tung Oil and due to its end grain formation my knives will blunt much less than usual.
