Alternature have joined ‘Tom Raffield’ of The Old Grammar School in putting our waste materials to good use. Our Oak chippings are collected up and taken to ‘Cornish Cuisine’ in Penryn, Cornwall, where they are used to smoke local fish. Now, almost nothing goes to waste when we make our products. This is of course good for the environment and as a bonus we get some fresh fish in exchange!
