How can we help?

FAQ

Ordering

Are you VAT registered?

No, we are not registered for VAT. The price you see is the total payable, there are no hidden extras.

How can I pay?

Credit or Debit Card

You can pay using your credit/debit card. Our shopping cart and checkout are SSL Secure with a Secure Payment Gateway. Your details are encrypted so you can rest easy when entering your card details. We accept most major cards and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Paypal

We also accept Paypal, just click the Paypal option in the checkout when ordering. You will be redirected to Paypal and will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Can I cancel my order?

With the exception of footwear, all of our products are made to order, so we ask that you notify us within 24hrs of ordering if you change your mind. We are unable to accept cancellations after this time so please keep this in mind when ordering.

In the case of footwear, we are unable to cancel orders if they have already been dispatched. If you have changed your mind, a return for exchange or refund is no problem. Please see our returns policy for more info.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout or, if you can't see your country in the dropdown, please email us for a quote.

How long is delivery?

Wooden Products: As we offer such a large range of sizes we often make to order, so we ask that you allow upto 14 working days for delivery. If we think it will take longer than 14 working days we will email and let you know. If you’re in a hurry or have a special date in mind, drop us an email and we’ll tell you if things can be pushed forward to get to you on time.

Footwear: Items in stock are dispatched same day if ordered by 11am. We use FedEx or DHL with next day delivery as standard. For UK deliveries that aren’t Mainland UK  your boots will be dispatched with Royal Mail on a standard parcel service unless otherwise stated. This usually takes between 3 – 5 days depending on your location. For Europe and everywhere else, we will email you to let you know.

We understand how frustrating it is waiting for things to arrive so please get in touch if you have any issues or concerns and we’ll do our best to help.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information if provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. All delivery dates are approximate. For more info, please visit the Delivery page or see our terms and conditions.

Can I collect?

We are not a shop but a studio/workshop. As such we are not set up for off the street customers and operate under a ‘strictly by appointment only’ service. If you would like to collect, please contact us to arrange a time and date.

Can I return my item?

Please see the terms and conditions.

Aftercare

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. For peace of mind, you get a 12mth guarantee for every order placed which also includes footwear and accessories. We're confident our wooden products are made to the highest standard and will last a lifetime.

See our terms and conditions for more info.

How are your wooden products finished and what should I use to care for them?

We finish all of our Oak products with Osmo Polyx Oil 3032 which is available from a number of UK stores. We recommend using Osmo products for any touch ups you may need to make.

Our Pine products are finished with Johnstone's Yacht Varnish which can also be found from a number of UK suppliers.

You are welcome to contact us for any advice on caring for your Boot & Saw product.
